He held the role of Product Specialist (Windows Server and virtualization) in Brazil in 2007 to 2009 for Microsoft Business Group Team. Worked at EDS (now HP) as Platform Engineer-WINTEL in Failover Clustering/High Availability projects. Also worked for more than 10 years as a senior consultant in network infrastructure, trainer, and Team Coordinator in Brás & Figueiredo, participating in several cases of success of Microsoft. Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1998 and speaker of Microsoft Brazil since 1999, to which participated in all editions of TechEd Brazil (from 1999 to 2011). Maintains a blog (www.fabiohara.com.br) and Twitter (@fabiohara), in addition to giving several lectures and create technical training content on the Microsoft platform. His mission is to contribute to the professionals and communities to explore the features and capabilities of the Microsoft platform.
